Our latest research shows finance teams spend an average of 16 hours a month fixing payment issues; time that could be spent improving cash flow.
Even when invoices are approved and terms agreed, businesses are still waiting far longer than expected to get paid. Why?
In this 30-minute session, Access PaySuite is joined by the Payments Association, Tink (part of Visa), and payments specialist Raj Tanna to examine where the invoice-to-cash process really breaks down and why payment delays persist despite agreed terms.
The discussion will be anchored by new research of UK finance leaders, exploring:
-
How long businesses are actually waiting to get paid after invoices are approved
-
Where delays most commonly occur in the invoice-to-payment process
-
The operational impact of late payments on finance teams and cash-flow forecasting
Alongside expert insight from across the payments ecosystem, the session will focus on practical, finance-led actions that can shorten payment cycles, improve visibility, and strengthen cash-flow reliability, without adding unnecessary complexity.
